How often should I have a session and how many will I need?

We recommend weekly sessions, this is to keep consistency and to build up the working relationship between both the therapist and yourself. We do understand however this isn't always feasible, so every other week can still be effective.
 
In terms of how many you may need, this will relate to what sort of things you want to work on in therapy. 6-12 sessions is a good ball park figure.
