Service Description

I feel it's important to offer a discounted consultation session, after all, therapy is an investment of your time and money and you want to be sure that both you and I are a good match before investing. In this session I will aim to get an understanding of what you're coming into therapy for, you can ask me any questions about the process, and then decide if you'd like to proceed further.
