Service Description

I feel it's important to offer a free consultation, after all, therapy is an investment of your time and money and you want to be sure that both you and I are a good match before investing. In this session I will aim to get an understanding of what you're coming into therapy for, you can ask me any questions about the process, and then decide if you'd like to proceed further.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel an appointment please give a minimum of 48 hours notice, sessions can then be rescheduled. If 48 hours notice is not given, the full amount will be charged.
