About Me as a Supervisor I hold a Diploma Level 7 in counselling supervision and draw on a range of theoretical frameworks to support and guide my supervisees in their professional growth. As an integrative Supervisor, with a foundation in the 7-eyed model of supervision (Hawkins & Shohet), I approach supervision holistically, exploring not just the client-therapist relationship, but the broader context in which both operate. This model helps to bring a deep awareness of the therapeutic process, the dynamics at play, and the impact of external factors. I also integrate Person-Centred principles into my work, ensuring that empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard remain at the core of our supervisory relationship. This client-centered approach helps to create a supportive and non-judgmental space for supervisees to reflect, explore challenges, and develop their clinical practice.
